Terms of Service

By accessing or using GoonToob (the "Service"), including the website hosted at goontoob.xyz and any related pages or APIs, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended only for adults. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You further represent that accessing adult sexual content is lawful where you are located.

GoonToob provides tools to view, upload, organize, and share adult video content and related social features (profiles, likes, comments, tags, and similar). Some features store data in your browser; authenticated operator uploads may use cloud object storage. Features and availability may change without notice.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for activity under any account credentials you use on the Service. Keep passwords confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Demo or local-only accounts are tied to your device/browser and are not a guaranteed multi-device identity system. Do not rely on local demo data as a backup of important content.

"User Content" means videos, titles, descriptions, tags, comments, profile information, and any other material you submit or make available through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content to the extent you own it. By uploading or posting User Content, you grant GoonToob / stickdevx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content as needed to operate, promote, improve, and secure the Service. This license ends when you remove the content from the Service, except for reasonable residual copies (for example backups or caches) and content that others have lawfully shared or that we must retain for legal or security reasons.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or control all rights needed to grant the license above; (b) your User Content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person; (c) all persons depicted are consenting adults age 18 or older, and you can produce required age and identity records where applicable; and (d) your User Content complies with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws.

You may not upload, link to, request, or promote content that:

• Involves anyone under 18 (including fictional, simulated, or "barely legal" depictions of minors), or any child sexual exploitation material;
• Depicts non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence presented as real abuse, revenge porn, or deepfakes of real people without consent;
• Constitutes illegal content under U.S. law or the law of your location (including trafficking, exploitation, or prohibited obscenity);
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights, or violates a person's privacy or publicity rights;
• Contains malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise the Service or other users.

You may not harass users, scrape the Service in an abusive way, bypass technical limits, or misrepresent your age or identity. We may remove content and terminate access for any violation, with or without notice.

We respect intellectual property rights. Copyright complaints and counter-notices are handled under our DMCA Policy. Repeat infringers may lose access to the Service.

Where U.S. law requires age and identity records for visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct, uploaders and producers are responsible for compliance. See our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove User Content, or refuse service if we believe you violated these Terms, our Guidelines, or the law, or if needed to protect the Service, users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including licenses for residual copies, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive termination.

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

Adult content can be offensive. You access the Service at your own risk. We do not endorse every piece of User Content and are not responsible for third-party links or offline conduct.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOONTOOB / STICKDEVX AND THEIR OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoonToob / stickdevx and their operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply. Courts located in the United States will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
