Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how GoonToob / stickdevx ("we," "us") collect, use, and share information in connection with the Service at goontoob.xyz and related interfaces.

The Service is for adults only. Do not use it if you are under 18.

Much of the social and demo experience runs in your browser. Depending on features you use, we or the app may store data locally, including:

• Age-gate consent — a flag in localStorage confirming you attested that you are 18+;
• Demo account profiles, likes, comments, view counts, and similar social state kept in localStorage or IndexedDB on that device;
• Local (non-cloud) video blobs and metadata when cloud storage is not used for an upload.

Local data stays on your device unless you clear site data or we later migrate a feature to server storage. Clearing browser storage will erase local demo accounts and related state.

When server features are enabled, we may process:

• Admin / operator session — a signed HttpOnly session cookie used to authenticate the stickdevx operator after password login (not readable by page JavaScript);
• Uploaded media and post records — video files and associated JSON metadata for authenticated operator uploads, stored via cloud object storage (Vercel Blob) when configured;
• Basic technical logs from hosting (for example request metadata, approximate location from IP, user-agent) as processed by our hosting provider.

We do not sell your personal information. We use the information above to operate the Service, authenticate the operator, store and deliver media, secure the platform, and comply with law.

We use an HttpOnly session cookie for operator authentication when you sign in as the admin account. The age-gate preference is stored in localStorage, not a cookie. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may set technical cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver the site securely.

Authenticated operator uploads may be sent to Vercel Blob (or a successor object store). Media URLs and post records may be publicly readable when published to the feed. Do not upload content you are not prepared to distribute under our Terms.

We may share information with:

• Service providers that host, store, or secure the Service;
• Law enforcement or others when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service;
• A successor entity if we transfer operation of the Service (for example in a restructure), subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.

Local data remains until you delete it or clear browser storage. Server-side media, post records, and session data are retained while needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, or meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when practicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small adult content platform (HTTPS, HttpOnly cookies for admin sessions, server-only secrets). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information or content, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

You can clear localStorage / IndexedDB for this site in your browser settings, which removes local demo data and age-gate consent (you will be asked to confirm age again). Operator session cookies end when you log out or the session expires. For questions about server-stored uploads associated with the operator account, contact us using the address below.

The Service is operated with a U.S. orientation and may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you consent to that transfer.

We may update this Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
