DMCA / Copyright Policy

GoonToob / stickdevx respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA") and similar laws.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice using the form below or email the designated agent. Do not misuse the DMCA process; knowingly misrepresenting infringement may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Use this form for structured intake. Notices land in a staff review queue — content is not removed automatically when you submit. We act on substantially compliant notices after review.

For email notices, use subject line "DMCA Notice" and include the required elements listed below.

Your written notice should include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notice;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example the exact URL);
4. Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a notice that substantially complies with the DMCA, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and we may notify the user who posted it. We may also terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Online form submissions create a queue entry for staff; they do not by themselves delete content.

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@goontube.app that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the Service may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person's agent.

After a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant seeks a court order restraining you from infringement-related activity, consistent with the DMCA timeline.

Trademark or other intellectual-property concerns (that are not DMCA copyright notices) may be sent to legal@goontube.app. Include enough detail for us to investigate.
