18 U.S.C. § 2257 Records-Keeping Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records listed below, except where content is exempt as described in this notice.

Some content on this website is uploaded by third parties. For visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct uploaded by users other than the operator, the uploader / primary producer is responsible for maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations. By uploading, users represent that they have complied with those obligations and that all persons depicted were 18 or older at the time of creation.

Where GoonToob / stickdevx is not the primary producer of a depiction, the operator may not hold the original § 2257 records for that material. Inquiries regarding third-party uploads should be directed first to the content uploader; we will assist with lawful process as appropriate.

Certain materials may be exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including (without limitation) materials that do not portray actual sexually explicit conduct as defined by statute, materials produced before July 3, 1995, and other categories recognized under applicable law and regulations. Nothing on this page expands or limits those exemptions beyond what the law provides.

Site staff maintain an internal readiness checklist (per content / creator) for operational tracking — ID verification attestation, age docs on file, custodian pointer, and status. That tool is not legal advice, does not replace original § 2257 records, and is not a public records database. Authorized operators use /admin/records.
